Composite C Spring for car suspension

Our Axle is designed to give an efficient antiroll effect and to
use same parts for air suspension as well than composite springs versions. We use two independent
trailing arms bridged from right to left by preferably 3 hollow tubes. Bending this 3
tubes give antiroll effect. In addition, this tube maintain parallelism between right and
left wheel.
C spring can have it's
lower bushing done by a layer of Teflon socks integrated with the spring and a rubber
bushing on its top leg (fixed to the frame). |
